The quickest way to get help is to write to VocableSupport@icloud.com. I read everything and answer it myself.

Inside the app, Settings has a "Send feedback" row. It opens an email in your own mail app with only the app's version in it. You write it and you send it, and nothing is sent without you.

Common questions

I don't know the exact date.
Choose "I'm not sure of the date" during setup. The app shows no phase until a start is logged.

How do I keep it private?
Turn on the app lock in Settings. Widgets and notifications never show dates or counts.

Can I change how long each phase lasts?
Yes. Settings, under Her cycle, has a Phases editor, and the Calendar tab has an "Edit phases" tile. Patience always stays counted back from the next start.

What does Lovegud keep?
Settings, under Data, has "What Lovegud keeps": the starts you logged, your Patience taps, how many notes you wrote, and your cycle settings. It is read-only.

Can I log a start without opening the app?
Yes. Add the "Log New Start" control to Control Center or the Lock Screen, use the Home Screen quick action, or ask Siri. "Get Today's Play" in Shortcuts says the day's cue.

How do I move to a new iPhone?
Export a backup from Settings, under Data, send the file to yourself, and import it on the new phone. The app does not sync, so without a backup the new phone starts empty.

How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes everything it keeps. Nothing is stored anywhere else. A backup file you exported stays wherever you saved it.

Is this medical advice?
No. Lovegud is not a medical device, a fertility tool or a method of contraception.
